Srinagar, An unidentified militant was killed in an encounter at Harwan area of Srinagar in the wee hours on Sunday, police said.

A police officer told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that acting on a specific lead about the presence of a militant in Harwan area, police teams zeroed in on the suspected spot. “In a brief encounter, one unidentified militant was killed,” the official said.
