Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference on Sunday condemned the alleged sacrilege bid at Golden Temple, Amritsar.

While condemning the act of alleged sacrilege attempt of Sri Guru Granth Sahib in the sanctum sanctorum of Sri Harmandir Sahib, party spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar said the incident is unprecedented in nature and has created a lot of anguish among Sikh community.

Minority wing Organizer Sardar JS Azad has also condemned the alleged sacrilege bid in strongest possible terms and demanded thorough probe into the unfortunate incident.
