Speaking at the convention, Mohammad Dilawar Mir said Apni Party has realistically empowered the common man of J&K while discarding the traditional political ways of family hegemony and nepotism.

“People from all walks of life, irrespective of their caste, religion or gender can join Apni Party and lead the way. Every single member of the party remains its building block and is as important as any other party functionary. The Party leadership is connected with the people and understands their pressing concerns and demands. We have always reflected the public aspirations where people want to live a dignified life under a prosperous and progressive atmosphere for which Apni Party is putting forth its untiring efforts,” he said.

Mir said while other political parties are still busy in trying to mislead the people by evoking their emotions, Apni Party is working diligently on grassroots level for the mitigation of the public grievances. “People are mature enough to understand the schemes of these political parties who acted mute spectators when people needed them the most. But now as the political atmosphere has turned feasible, they are once again trying to deceive the people. However, they stand exposed now,” he said.

On this occasion, Party stalwarts including Rafi Ahmad Mir, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Muntazir Mohi-ud-din, Javid Hassan Baig and Raja Manzoor also addressed the gathering while impressing on them to resolve the public issues in their respective areas and strengthen the party cadres.

The district party functionaries from Kupwara lauded the efforts of Apni Party and pledged to work altruistically for public welfare.
