Delhi: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today paid his last respects to the Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and his wife, Madhulika Rawat.
“A truly extraordinary leader, soldier and human being, General Bipin Rawat embodied the highest ideals of Armed Forces. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and colleagues,” the LG said.
