CII delegation interacts with Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Republic of Poland

Srinagar: A three-member Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) delegation led by Vice-Chairman CII J&K Council and Managing Director Golden Agrisense Pvt Ltd, Ehsan Javed, held an interaction with Anna Rosenthal, First Secretary-Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Republic of Poland at Srinagar.

The delegation discussed possible areas of cooperation between Polish companies and industries in J&K. Javed informed Rosenthal that as a first step we will explore areas of agriculture and Horticulture for possible collaboration.

Rosenthal expressed interest in the suggestion and invited Javed to the special Apple Festival to be held in the Embassy of Poland at New Delhi. Rosenthal also informed the CII delegation that Poland has expertise in Waste to Energy technology, healthcare and smart cities technologies.

Javed assured that CII will work as a catalyst for the investment of Polish companies in J&K.

Mushtaq Bashir, Member CII J&K Council informed Rosenthal about the Downtown Football Club being run by them and also expressed interest in the possible exchange between Football players of Poland and Kashmir.

Rosenthal expressed interest in a possible sporting exchange between J&K and Poland.

On the occasion, Bashir presented a special team jersey to Rosenthal.

Head CII J&K Council, Khurshid Dar, thanked Anna Rosenthal for interacting with CII Delegation and also assured support of CII in taking ahead of the agenda of economic cooperation.
