CBK chargesheets 2 persons in land fraud case

Srinagar: The Crime Branch Kashmir on Sunday said it produced a chargesheet before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam against two accused persons for illegally grabbing state land and selling it off to innocent people.

As per a Crime Branch statement, those charge-sheeted are Nazir Ahmad Dar, son of Ghulam Mohammad Dar of Parraypora Bhagat Srinagar, proprietor M/S Gousia House Building Co-Operative Ltd., and Mohammad Ayoub Dar, son of Ghulam Mohammad Dar of Hyderpora Srinagar, proprietor of M/S Jawahar House Building Co-Operative Ltd. Hyderpora Srinagar.
