Srinagar: A day after a cop and a non-local labourer were killed in Kulgam, the district SSP was replaced and asked to report to the PHQ for further orders.
The order, that was issued today reads that SSP Kulgam, Gurinderpal Singh has been transferred and asked to report to the PHQ for further orders.
Dr. G. V. Sundeep Chakravarthy (IPS), SSP Kupwara has been transferred and posted as SSP Kulgam, the order said.
Yougal Kumar Manhas, SSP (Tech) CID Hqrs. has been transferred and posted as SSP Kupwara.
