“Consequent upon placement of services of the seventy-four (74) Junior Scale KAS Officers of 2019 batch at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj by the General Administration Department vide Government Order No. 806-JK (GAD) of 2021 Dated: 31.08.2021, for their further adjustment and posting as the Block Development Officers,  the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect,” reads the order.
