The examination was conducted in a fair and transparent manner in all the designated centers. The examination of 167 candidates, having centre at JKIT Institute of Technology Jammu, has been re-scheduled due to some technical snag in the server and shall now be held on 25th Aug 2021, from 12:30 pm to 14:30 pm at Eshal Online Services, above J&K Bank, near Makkah Masjid, Batthindi Jammu-181152, the new venue.

The candidates are advised to download their revised admit cards afresh from the official website of the J&K Service Selection Board (www.jkssb.nic.in) from today evening. Failing which no claim in this regard shall be entertained.

Pertinently, the IT team deployed at the venue was pressed in to restore the systems so that the examination process could be resumed.

It is also clarified that all online CBT examinations are being hosted on a separate server with different question banks and that there is no bearing on the question bank hosted on the other server. The Board accordingly, taking cognizance of the matter and to maintain sanctity, integrity and fairness of the CBT re-scheduled the said examination.

Further, JKSSB reiterated its commitment to ensure fair and transparent examination and advised the candidates scheduled to appear in forthcoming examinations to focus on the examination and not fall prey to unscrupulous and mischievous elements spreading misinformation to hinder the process of transparent competitive recruitment initiated by the JKSSB for aspiring unemployed youth.
