Baramulla: All J&K Patwar Association (AJKPA) elected its Tehsil bodies for Sub-divion Uri with Tariq Ahmad Ganai-Office Patwari Tehsil Uri as its president for Tehsil Uri and Mohammad Yousf Bandy as President for Teshil Boniyar in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.
In the election, Tariq Ahmed Ganai was elected president for Tehsil Uri, while as Mohammad Yousf Bandy was elected President for Teshil Boniyar.
For Uri Tehsil, Abid Latief was elected vice-president, Tahir Ahmad Khan general secretary, Shakeel Ahmad Khan Secretary, Tariq Ahmad Ahangar and Mashooq Ahmad as delegates.
Patwaris and other revenue officials participated in the election process.
