DG IMPARD inaugurates week-long training for JKAS probationers

Srinagar: Director General Institution of Management and Public Administration and Rural Development (IMPARD), Saurabh Bhagat, today inaugurated week-long offline Evaluatory Training Course held for 87 JKAS Probationary Officers (Batch-2019), here at Srinagar.

Saurabh Bhagat informed the officers that the purpose of this Evaluatory Training Course was to fill the gap that had resulted due to their deployment for Covid control duties during their training. He said that the present training course would comprise of interactive sessions in which experts will speak on important topics like Preventive Vigilance, GFR-2017, e-office, GeM, RTI, Resilience in Administration and related subjects.

He exhorted upon them to develop mutual loyalty among themselves and build personal rapport with each other which will enable them to deliver better services to the common man in a collective manner.

He said that government would be deputing JKAS officers to Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, to get them trained in their core competencies so as to become Master Trainers which in turn will help them to train other officers.

On the occasion, course coordinators including Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, Director Training (Kashmir), Tariq Ahmad Kakroo, Deputy Director besides various faculty members were present.
