Elderly woman dies in road accident in Kulgam
Kulgam: An elderly woman died after she was hit by an auto-rickshaw in Qaimoh area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday evening.
Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that an auto-rickshaw hit a woman in Qaimoh near Dhobi Mohalla this evening, leaving her dead on the spot.
He identified the deceased woman as Sarwa Bagum (60), wife of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat of Qaimoh. “A case has been registered and further investigation has been taken up,” he said.
