Srinagar: J&K Sports Council today hosted a function here at MA Stadium, Jammu to extend support to #Cheer4india campaign and root for Tokyo-2020 Indian contingent.
Speaking on the occasion, Secretary, J&K ports Council, Nuzhat Gul, who presided over the function as Chief Guest, expressed her best wishes to Team of athletes representing the country at the Olympics.
She appreciated the role of officers and officials of J&K Sports Council Jammu who also attended the function to extend their support to Indian Athletes and prayed for their best performance.
Nuzhat Gul congratulated Chanu Saikhom Mirabai for winning the Silver Medal.
The Tokyo Games were thrown open with a grand opening ceremony in Tokyo’s Olympic Stadium on the 23rd of this month.
