SRINAGAR: The third episode of Lt. Governor’s programme ‘Awaam ki Awaaz’ which was aired today saw huge response of public in District Budgam.
The Chairman of Block Development Council, Budgam, Ghulam Hassan Khan along with other members of the council also listened to the “Awaam Ki Awaaz” program to note LG’s valuable ideas for implementation on ground level. He hailed the idea of program which aims at sharing of noble thoughts by Lt. Governor with public related to socio-economic development of J&K.
It is pertinent to mention that Awaam Ki Awaaz is the novel initiative of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Jammu and Kashmir which aims at disseminating the progressive steps taken by the administration and seeks public feedbacks to make the process interactive, participative and people centric.
The participation of people besides ideas from the ground is envisioned to bring change in Policy-Formulation.
