Srinagar: A male body was found under mysterious circumstances in Noorbagh area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday.
An official told Global News Service (GNS) that the body of the unidentified man, apparently in his 40s, with injury marks on abdomen, was seen by the locals near Sumo Stand in Noorbagh area.
The locals later retrieved and took body to SMHS hospital, the official said. “The doctors present there also declared him as brought dead on arrival.”
A case has been registered to ascertain the cause of death, the official added. (GNS)
