Police seeks help of general public in identifying suspected person involved in burglary

Srinagar: Ganderbal Police seeks help of general public in identifying a suspected person involved in burglary of multiple shops at Kangan market, said a police spokesperson.

“Police Station Kangan received a complaint from shopkeepers of Kangan market that multiple burglaries took place in Kangan market. Accordingly, a case FIR No. 19/2021 under relevant sections of law was registered in Police Station Kangan and investigation was taken up,” he said.

“During the course of investigation, CCTV footage was collected and subsequently photographs of the suspect person were obtained for the purpose of investigation,” the spokesperson said.

“The general public is requested to share any information regarding the suspected person with PCR Ganderbal on 0194-2416478, Police Station Kangan on 9419000538 or Dial 112,” he added.
