Srinagar: Tricolor was on Tuesday hoisted at the Entrepreneur Development Institute (EDI) building at Press Enclave, Residency Road, a day after the national flag was hoisted atop the Valley’s premier tertiary-care hospital SKIMS Soura here.
Officials at the EDI told ‘Kashmir Images’ that tricolor was hoisted in compliance with the orders of Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Pertinent to mention here that that the administration had recently ordered hoisting of tricolor at rooftops of all government buildings and offices across Kashmir Valley.
The circular in this regard was issued by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, P K Pole, last week directing all Deputy Commissioners to comply with the order.
