2nd Khelo India Winter Games declared open in Gulmarg by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi through e-address. Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha, Union Minister of State (I/C) for Youth Affairs and Sports, Kiren Rijiju and former MLA Gulmarg and President, Winter Games Association, J&K, Mohammad Abass Wani also graced the occasion.
