Expresses solidarity with Uttarakhand glacier burst affected families
SRINAGAR: Apni Party Provincial President Kashmir Mohammad Ashraf Mir on Saturday expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of Civil Engineer Basharat Ahmad Zargar who lost his life in a glacier burst at Uttarakhand.
Mir expressed solidarity with all the affected families who lost their kith and kin in the natural calamity and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls.
Mir described the incident unfortunate and urged the government of India to disburse the ex-gratia relief in favour of the calamity struck families and extend all possible help in their rehabilitation.
“This incident is heart wrenching and extremely unfortunate. Apni Party stands in solidarity with the bereaved family and pray for eternal peace to the departed souls. I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family Basharat Ahmad Zargar for this irreparable loss,” he added.
