Demise of wife of Sajad Hussain widely condoled

Baramulla: The demise of wife of senior correspondent Network 18 Urdu Sajad Hussain was widely condoled by district administration, journalist bodies, political leaders, civil society groups, business and lawyers’ fraternity, educational institutions and religious organizations.

Rasm-e-Charum of the deceased will be observed on Thursday at Chatoosa Rafiabad.

Members of North Kashmir Journalist Association and Baramulla Working Journalist Association (BWJA) led by Haji Karamat Qayoom and Zagar Gulzar visited Chatoosa to express condolence and solidarity with senior member besides extended sympathies with the bereaved family.

Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G N Itoo condoled the sad demise of the wife of Senior Journalist, News 18 Urdu Peer Sajad Hussain. DC accompanied by District Information Officer Mudassir Hussain and other officers paid visit to the bereaved family wherein he expressed deep sympathies and condolence over the loss of the precious life. He also prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear the irreparable loss.
