The PDP leader also claimed that PAGD’s stand on Article 370 is clear and that they will continue to fight for its restoration on both ‘legal and political’ levels.

“PAGD subsists for restoration of what was snatched on August 5, 2019. Our stand on the issue is clear and we won’t recoil at all. Every political party having signed the Gupkar Declaration would unanimously fight for the restoration of Articles 370 and 35A,” Hanjura added.

Replying to a query that Apni Party has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging centers August 5, 2019 decision, he said, “Apni Party is doing it in personal capacity but we collectively strive for the restoration of the pre August 5, 2019 position of Jammu and Kashmir. We will not resort to any violence but will struggle peacefully till J&Ks lost status is restored.”
