Anantnag: The rooftop of Government Degree College Boys Anantnag collapsed on Friday resulting in damage to the Auditorium Building of the college.
As per official sources, the construction of college building was taken up by Roads and Buildings Department and its allied agencies in 2017. “7 crore rupees were spent on the construction work,” they added.
The initial reports suggested that the building suffered a loss of 2 crore rupees.
