Baramulla: While the authorities claim to have put men and machinery on job to clear snow from the roads, a family is struggling to ferry body of their member home as Dangiwacha-Bakhipora road remains closed due to snowfall.
Locals said that a woman Haleema Begum of Bakhipora died in Srinagar hospital and her body was brought in Ambulance from Srinagar hospital but the Ambulance couldn’t enter Bakhipora as the Dangiwacha-Bakhipora road is closed due to snowfall.
A police official said that snow clearance on Bakhipora-Dangiwacha road, headed by SDPO Rafiabad Nisar Ahmad, is going on.
