Srinagar: Anti Corruption Bureau Friday presented the chargesheet in against a Patwari who was caught by its sleuths red-handed accepting bribe, an official press release informed.
It said chargesheet was filed in the Court of Special Judge, Anti Corruption, Srinagar against Bashir Ahmad, Patwari Halqa Nasrullapora Budgam, who had demanded and taken bribe of Rs 8000 from a complainant for issuing ‘Fard-i-intikhab’ of his land at Gallwanpora.
ACB said its sleuths had laid a trap and caught the said Patwari red-handed while accepting the bribe money.
