Baramulla: ARTO Baramulla in collaboration with Human Aid Society Kashmir kick started the learners test for issuing of learners license at People’s Public School Wagoora in Baramulla, a press release issued here said adding that the aim of this process was to provide doorstep service to the general public and to minimize the burden at the ARTO office Baramulla.
The press release further said that those who will be declared successful in the tests shall receive the licenses online, at their doorsteps also. Final driving test will also be conducted at Tehsil headquarters. Such tests are scheduled to be held at every tehsil in district Baramulla in coming days, the press release said.
ARTO Baramulla and Chairman Human Aid Society appealed the desired candidates to participate in such tests so that the aspirants can take utmost benefit from such a people centric drive.
