NHM, RNTCP, JKSACS Employees Association Call on Financial Commissioner

Srinagar: A delegation of All J&K Joint coordination committee of NHM, RNTCP, JKSACS Employees Association today called upon Financial Commissioner H&ME Atul Duloo at civil secretariat and also met Mission Director NHM J&K, Bhupinder Kumar, Additional Director NHM J&K, Hetish Gupta and Financial advisor Abishik Talwari here at Jammu in connection with different demands of NHM fraternity. The delegation was accompanied by Sr. Vice President Altaf Ah Bhat and Media Secretary, Showkat Bhat.

The Representatives of the association held a threadbare discussion with officers and apprised them about the commitments made by the govt. Besides several other issues for the welfare of employees including social security, pay hike, EPF for all category and welfare fund etc.

The Financial Commissioner assured the delegation that govt was fully committed to its promises made with the delegation and that the government was working for the welfare of employees especially regarding the enhancement of wages and other issues.

Meanwhile MD NHM assured the representatives that 3% salary hike, rationalisation, leave entitlements for whole NHM staff would be discussed in upcoming executive Committee meeting which is going to be held in next week.  Representatives also discussed NHM employees welfare fund to which MD assured them that we work was going on for considering the same with the consultation of different boards.

Association representatives thanked the government officials for releasing  of covid 19 incentives  in favour of whole NHM  staff.  Association President, Muneer Andrabi, said that the association was working tirelessly for the welfare of NHM fraternity and was hopeful that all demands put forth shall be met in a staged manner.
