GOC 16 Corps calls on Lt Governor

JAMMU:  General Officer Commanding, GOC, 16 Corps Lieutenant General MV Suchindra Kumar called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at the Raj Bhavan here today.

The GOC discussed important security issues and the overall security management in the union territory with the Lt Governor. He briefed the Lt Governor about the prevailing scenario along the forward areas including the Line of Control, LoC. Anti-terrorist operations and matters pertaining to coordination with other security forces were also briefed by the GOC.
