Ramban: Two persons including a baby were killed while six others received injuries in a road accident that took place in Ramban district on Thursday.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an Ecco vehicle was moving on a road near Baglihar Hydel power project in Ramban when it skidded off the road.
A few days old baby and another unidentified person were killed in the accident while six passengers have received injuries, they said.
They identified the injured as Haleema Begum, Firdous Ahmed, Rustam Ali, Ramesh Kumar, Hafeeza Begum and Mushtaq Ahmed.
Officials added that locals, police and Army rescued all the injured and took them to Ramban district hospital where they are undergoing treatment—(KNO)
