SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 24: Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, today extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Dussehra.

In his message on the eve of Dussehra, the Chief Secretary said that this festival is a celebration of victory of good over evil, truth over untruth and inspires us to adopt the principles of honesty, truthfulness, and righteousness in our lives.
