Haji Ghulam Mohammed Bhat, Ex ARTO Sopore, passes away
Sopore: Ex ARTO Sopore, Haji Ghulam Mohammad Bhat of Tarzoo Sopore passed away on late Monday evening after a brief illness.
Bhat has served many important posts in Civil Secretariat. He was the first ARTO Baramulla; besides, serving with the Education Minister as PRO during Ghulam Mohammad Sadiq’s tenure as Chief Minister.
