Srinagar: IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar has promoted 49 Head Constables to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspector and 705 SgCts to the rank of Head Constable vide order No. 2210 & 2211 of 2020 dated 17-10-2020 respectively.
