Bhat's Bistro’ Café and Grills inaugurated at Sheeri market

Sheeri: With fast-food industry becoming a business trend across the globe; the cafés are making inroads in rural Kashmir too.

Keeping up with this business trend, Irshad Bhat of Zogiyar Sheeri Narvaw has started “Bhat’s Bistro – Café and Grills” at Sheeri market on Srinagar-Uri Highway.

“We are serving sandwiches, burgers and soft drinks to our customers. We will soon serve Pizzas, Coffee and other fast-food items too,” Bhat said.

“The journey of a thousand pounds begins with a single burger. So we begin with burger too,” he added.

The café was inaugurated by the Station House Officer (SHO) Sajad Ahmad who was flanked by President Beopar Mandal Sheeri, Bashir Ahmad Lone.

“Our unemployed youth should start their own businesses. I hope this café provides jobs and ideas to other unemployed youth of the area,” said SHO Sheeri Sajad Ahmad.
