Advisor Sharma releases ‘Trending Careers’; a Career Counseling book for students of 9th to 12th classes

JAMMU : Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, KK Sharma, today released ‘Trending Careers’ a book containing counseling and guidance for students of 9th to 12th classes to lead them for suitable career streams.

While speaking on the occasion, Advisor said that this informative and career counseling book will provide necessary inputs and guidance to students enabling them choose their career in tune with their skill and academic abilities. “The book has been thoroughly enriched with extensive research and deep field specific experiences of about 40 years of three reputed authors”, he asserted.

Pertinently, the lead author of the book is Deepti Sharma, who is an expert career counselor certified by the University of California, Los Angles, USA, the second author, Aarti Sharma, has experience of teaching in 12 states of the country following the state board, CBSE, ICSE and IB syllabi in their schools while third author is Maj Gen Shiv Kumar Sharma, AVSM (Retd), Director Academics, Model Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jammu who is also a recipient of Ati Vishisht Seva Medal from President of India and has been Principal/Director of Engineering/MBA colleges in the country for around 15 years.
