Covid Control: Doda DDC interacts with MC members, civil society members

DODA : District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode today held an interactive meeting with the Municipal Committee members and prominent Civil Society members of the Doda Township with regard to the efforts being made by the District Administration to control the spread of deadly Coronavirus Infection.

The DDC highlighted some of the unique initiatives taken by the District Administration for the safety of the people which includes deployment of Oxygen Doot/Oxygen Messenger in the containment zones and distribution of free Medicine kits among the positive patients at their doorsteps.

The DDC also demonstrated to the participants the use of the pulse oximeter and asked to contact the doctor on having any flu like symptoms.

The DDC urged them to conduct Information Education and Communication (IEC) activities in their respective areas to educate the people about the precautions and the use of pulse oximeter.

The meet was attended by the president MC, Ved Prakash Gupta and the MC members, Medical Superintendent, Associated Hospital GMC Doda, Dr Yaqoob Mir, besides other officials.
