JKSSB releases 31 recommendations of withheld cases

JAMMU,: It has been informed by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) that the application count for the post of Accounts Assistant as on 1st September 2020 by 12:00 AM was 1,90,021, reads a communiqué issued by DIPR-JK.

Further the Account Assistant application submission has been stopped on the online application portal of JKSSB. It has been further informed by the JKSSB that the final count may increase due to pending payment confirmation by the Banks/Payment Gateway.

The JKSSB has also notified  that in view of persistent request made by the candidates, the ‘Edit Option’ shall remain operational  till 05-09-2020 for those candidates who have applied through JKSSB’s online application portal www.ssbjk.org for class IV and Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) posts.

Pertinently, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has advertised 8575 Class IV posts for District/Divisional/Union Territory cadre in various departments under the provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Appointment to the Class-IV (Special Recruitment) Rules, 2020, in pursuance of General Administration Department’s Revised Indent No. GAD/Mtg/RB-IV/50/2020 Dated 22.06.2020 under Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 and for the posts of Accounts Assistant (Panchayat) vide advertisement No. 02 of 2020 dated 06/07/2020.
