Baramulla: Farmers of Zandafaran and other adjoining villages are up in arms against Flood and Irrigation department for not running its lift irrigation pumps at Sheeri during night hours.
The farmers of Zandafaran, Zogiyar, Shaltang, Kitchama, Budmulla and other adjacent areas told Kashmir Images that Flood Irrigation department and civil administration is paying no heed to their complaints.
Assistant Executive Engineer, Sajjad Ahmed, Irrigation Department told Kashmir Images that the pumps will be run during nighttime from tomorrow onwards .
