Army vehicle crushes forest officer to death in Handwara

Tangmarg: One woman was killed and a male injured when a car, they were travelling in, met with an accident on Tangmarg-Drang road in Baramulla district.

Sources said that an Alto 800 vehicle bearing registration number JK05G 9246 met with an accident at Drung Tangmarg today.

In the accident, two persons namely Irfan Ahmad Reshi S/o Ab Rashid R/o Pariswani and Aabida Bano D/o Ab Ahad Beigh R/o Bichpora Tangmarg got injured.

Both the persons were rushed to SDH Tangmarg for treatment; however, Aabida succumbed to her injuries, sources said.
