India Post offers Rakhi Envelopes, Rakhi Kits to celebrate festival of sister- brother love

JAMMU: On the joyous occasion of Raksha Bandhan, the Department of Posts has offered Rakhi Envelopes and Rakhi Kits to celebrate the festival of sister- brother love.

As per India Post, the Rakhi envelopes are water proof and tamper proof and each envelope can be purchased @ Rs 10 plus postage extra.  Together with Rakhi envelopes, Rakhi kit, containing Rakhi, tika, almond etc are also available for sale @ Rs 25/- per kit.

The envelopes are available for sale at  Jammu HPO; Gandhi Nagar HPO; Udhampur HPO; Kathua HPO; Rajouri HPO; Srinagar GPO; Anantnag HPO; Leh HPO  and  Baramulla HPO.

Further, this Raksha Bandhan, brothers can open Sukanya Samriddhi Account (SSA) for sisters and gift My Stamp by getting printed the image of sisters on postage stamp. My stamp sheet containing 12 stamps is available for sale @ Rs 300/- per sheet.

My Stamps are available at Gandhinagar HO; Udhampur HO; Srinagar GPO and Leh HO.
