SRINAGAR: Department of Information and Public Relation (DIPR) has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of uncle of Bilal Ahmad Rather, an employee of the Department.
A condolence meeting of officers and officials of the Department was held today in which participants expressed sympathies with Bilal Ahmad Rather.
