SRINAGAR: Department of Information and Public Relation (DIPR) has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of uncle of Bilal Ahmad Rather, an employee of the Department.
A condolence meeting of officers and officials of the Department was held today in which participants expressed sympathies with Bilal Ahmad Rather.
The meeting prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
