They were rushed to the hospital but doctors there declared all the three ‘brought dead’.

Sources said that the shop, where the trio was targeted, is part of their residential building.

Sources further said that Bari was provided security by the government and had ten (10) personal security officers (PSOs) attached to him. However, there was none among them present at the place and time of attack.

Sources said that his PSOs usually stay in the first floor of the building and the shop, where the attack was carried out, is in the ground floor of the same building.

Sources said that the residence of Bari is located just opposite to the Bandipora Police Station.

Meanwhile, all the ten PSOs attached with slain BJP activists were arrested by the police late Wednesday evening.

“All The ten PSOs have been arrested,” Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone Vijay Kumar told GNS.
