Sopore: Locals in north Kashmir’s Sopore town said that they are facing hardships in absence of Additional Development Commissioner (ADC).
They said that the post is lying vacant from last twenty days, thereby hampering the official and development work in the area.
According to reports, the government ordered the transfer of ADC, Ashiq Hussain Lilly, on 4th June.
Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, GN Itoo was unavailable to comment on the issue.
However sources told Kashmir Images that a new officer will be deputed in a couple of days.
