‘Khalisa Aid helps Kashmir Police in its fight against Covid-19’

Srinagar, May 14: Khalsa Aid has reached out to Kashmir Police with surgical masks, body suits and sanitizers.

In a statement issued here, a police spokesman said: “Today, Khalisa Aid India Charitable Trust team headed by Gagandeep Singh called on IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar-IPS at PCR Kashmir and presented surgical masks, body suits and sanitizers for the officials of Kashmir Police performing Covid-19 related frontline duties.”

“Appreciating the efforts of Kashmir Police and boost their morale as frontline warriors in fight against Covid-19, Khalisa Aid presented the aid as token of appreciation,” the spokesman said.

“IGP Kashmir appreciated the efforts put forward by Khalisa Aid India Charitable Trust to help the needy people and Police in fighting against Covid-19,” the spokesman added.
