PULWAMA: On the directions of District Magistrate Dr Raghav Langer, Additional Deputy Commissioner/ADM Pulwama today suspended two teachers for non-compliance of directions under section 34 and 65 of Disaster Management Act, 2005.
The two Teachers namely Mohammad Azad Koka, Teacher PS Kulpora and Gh Hassan Dar, Teacher HS Dogripora, Members of Cluster-wise Health Surveillance Team Panzgam have been placed under suspension with immediate effect and shall remain attached with the office of Tehsldar/Executive Magistrate 1st class Awantipora till further orders.
Additional Deputy Commissioner/ADM Pulwama further instructed Tehsildar Awantipora to file charge sheets against the officials and conduct full-fledged enquiry to locate the circumstances underlying such non-compliance and dereliction of duties and furnish the conclusions with specific recommendations for disciplinary action under service rules/ lodging of FIR under section 51(b) read with section 188 IPC.
