Amid spike in coronavirus cases, India boosts capacity for tougher challenges ahead

Uri: A day after a six-year-old boy was quarantined in Salamabad Uri TRC quarantine center after testing positive for COVID-19, authorities on Monday started tracing contacts of the minor boy.

The authorities, however, said that his mother and father have tested negative for Covid-19.

A doctor in Uri said, minor had came in close contact with his uncle who was diagnosed positive last week. He said that teams have been deputed to the area to track down the persons who may have come in contact with him.
