To give time and play with our kids in this crisis will allow us to be free from worries and make our days happy inside our homes. Our elderly people also have the time, and skills that are often underutilized.  Their experiences can be used to build our strength and hope. We can easily counter with the ongoing crisis in a positive manner if we find good time for our children and elderly people

The current crisis is not limited to a particular region rather it has gripped the entire world. No doubt it has taken a bad shape but on the other side it has proven as a blessing in a disguise. It has posed alarming bells and serious questions for the countries and the humans on earth to ponder upon and work together. In fact it has badly exposed this world. We must not give up and counter it with all our efforts and strategies and attempt to bring back peace and normalcy on the earth.

The lessons learnt by this pandemic are not just few ones rather it has offered solutions for many big problems.  Those big problems could have posed a threat in the future.  It has shown us that yes it is possible that we can work from home. Working from home is an idea whose time has finally come. In order to save the environment and the resources and employees be more productive this option is a viable one. The work from home has already been tested by some businesses but now it will catch the hype. Some of the researches are aimed in this direction where in some companies half of the staff worked from home for four days a week while the other half came into the office five days a week. Then the two-year study has revealed that the employees who worked from home had a great increase in productivity – almost equivalent to an additional workday – primarily because of fewer distractions and fewer pointless conversations. There is so much of pollution nowadays and time may demand us to work from home greatly in future. It is appreciable that everyone in this crisis are increasingly going online be it teachers, doctors, consultants, researchers, engineers, businesses etc.

Humans have to understand that rest is fundamental to success, health, and happiness.  But now more and more numbers of employees are losing their day of rest in exchange for more hours at the office. Today world is just going behind the money and productivity and end up with the increasing levels of stress. Too much time working without a break potentially fatigues our brain, reduces our ability to concentrate, and generally puts a damper on our emotional capacity. The actual secret to increased efficiency and quality at work might actually lie in working less. And this quality may come by resting more. This pandemic has given a chance to take a good rest.  Now we will have employees filled with more zeal and creativity, possessing good health and problem solving abilities.

Life was very beautiful in the past. Today we are claiming to be a part of a modern society but to be honest without any true care for our children and the elderly people. We hardly find time to spend with them and seem busy in our works. Positive attention means when we respond to our children and elderly people with warmth and interest. They will also feel secure and valued. To give time and play with our kids in this crisis will allow us to be free from worries and make our days happy inside our homes. Our elderly people also have the time, and skills that are often underutilized.  Their experiences can be used to build our strength and hope. We can easily counter with the ongoing crisis in a positive manner if we find good time for our children and elderly people.

There is a long list of contributors who are working day night to make others feel safe and secured. We must admire and appreciate them to serve the humanity irrespective of their caste, creed, color, religion, country etc.  It’s so pity that the humans in this world have created the sections of minorities and low castes. In fact some sections have been treated as untouchables. But today everyone seems to be an untouchable whether rich or poor. This pandemic has given us a serious lesson if we truly take it to work for a better future. We must realize that even if we have the best of luxuries in life, it may also prove useless at some point of time. Today there are families who may have wished to arrange lavish parties and ceremonies.  They have been defeated by the pandemic which is uncontrollable. This crisis can also prove a blessing for them to be simple and they can easily save their precious resources.
