SRINAGAR: A demolition drive was conducted by the Enforcement Wing of Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA), Srinagar in Konakhan, Dalgate, Drogjan and Shahdad Bagh, Habak, here today.
During the drive three illegal structures were demolished including two residential houses and two shops which were raised illegally.
Pertinently, the authorities have earlier issued notice banning all types of construction during the lockdown period within its jurisdiction to contain the spread of COVID-19.
