GM SIDCO visits industrial estates, quarantine homes

SRINAGAR:  General Manager (GM) SIDCO Aga Syed Aijaz today visited various industrial estates and quarantine homes established therein, to take stock of the steps taken to combat the spread of corona virus.

The GM interacted with the president of industrial associations at industrial estate Shalteng, Rangreth and Khonmoh. The GM listened to suggestions and issues raised by the presidents and assured them of all possible help.

On the occasion GM distributed safety masks and eatables among the employees of SIDCO, workers of various industrial units and among the people kept at quarantine homes established at SIDCO industrial complexes of Rangreth and Khonmoh.

The GM directed all employees of Industrial units to use safety masks and maintain social distancing to prevent safety of workers and management.  He said that any violation in this regard shall be viewed seriously, as government has already directed for mandatory use of masks in all industries and management offices.

Sr. Manager Mohammad Amin, Manager Estates Mukhtar Ahmad, and Manager ROK Mohammad Ishaq were present on the occasion.
