Srinagar Feb 23: Senior PDP leader and former deputy chief minister Muzaffar Hussian Beigh on Sunday welcomed the Union minister Jitender Singh statement in which he said that residents of Jammu and Kashmir will get domicile rights soon.

“People of Jammu and Kashmir will get a relief after domicile rights are given to them,” locals news agency KNS quoted Beigh as saying. He said after abrogation of Article 370, he has been pitching for domicile rights and statehood for the newly created Union Territory.
