Two army-men injured in shelling along LoC

Karnah: At around 1830 hours on Saturday, Pakistani troops resorted to heavey firing and shelling in Keran Sector of Kupwara district, defense sources said.

The sources said that the exchange of firing was going on when this report was being filed. However, there were no reports of any casualties, injuries or loss of property.

Meanwhile, the Indo-Pak armies exchanged heavy fire in Karnah area around 2030 hours.

“The firing and shelling continues even now. Though there have been no reports of any loss of life, injury or damage to property, the locals are scarred and are rushing to safer places to save their lives,” locals told Kashmir Images on phone.
