SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 8: In continuation of its special demolition drive, the enforcement wing of Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA), today demolished one plinth block and a single storey house in Hazratbal and Habak areas.
The enforcement wing requested the people residing within the LAWDA jurisdiction not to go for any illegal construction in the prohibited areas in twin lakes – Dal and Nigeen.
Moreover, the Tipper and Load carrier owners are also asked not to carry any construction material in the prohibited areas of Dal and Nigeen Lake, without seeking proper permission from the designated authorities.
